This project is called Open Up The City by the Department of Transportation Philippines (DOTr).
I was given the task to animate these static illustrations from the website and turn them into a continuous looping GIFs.
Below here is the landing page of the website. Had to convert it into a video because of Behance's uploading rules.
The portrait version is used for mobile users.
The square GIFs below were used as a button.
